The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
All of my crochet listings can be customized in color, sizing, or style. You may also request new patterns or item which you would like to see. Please allow for an extra few days on shipping for these orders as that cannot be started until after the order is placed.
For smaller items I will be shipping in 8x11 Manila envelopes. All crochet items will be washed before shipping to help get rid of any cat hair which may cause allergies for some people. I recommend that all crochet items be washed before use if you are allergic to cats as my kitten loves to help out on my projects.
For all acrylic based products there is a disclaimer in each listing to only AIR dry your items after washing. This also means you cannot iron the items.
Acrylic yarn is made from tiny strands of micro plastics and may melt in high heat temperatures.
I will not be accepting any returns or refunds in cases where the disclaimer has been ignored. Yes I will be able to tell if the damage was done by a dryer/ iron.
If you want a softer feel to your products you may hand wash with conditioner or add fabric softener to your loads.
Returns: For some of my items, such as the candles, I will provide a return address for you within a thank you letter, so that you may send the jar back for 1/2 off refills and free shipping!
Refunds: If your package contains a fragile object which was damaged during shipping, and I am provided proof of damage at the time of arrival, I will issues a full refund, and a discount code for another purchase.
Also, Please avoid using scissors to open crochet packages as they may damage the items inside, and I will not refund for this.
Damaged products; If an items is defective, or damaged upon arrival, please send photographs and address it with me before writing any reviews. I will most likely be able to issue a Full refund.
I want to be as aware of all the possible allergies (and other irritations) that customers and clients may or may not have.
Therefore I would like to ask all who want to place an order to please let me know in messages and the notes of your order if you have any allergies to the following;
Certain types of yarn, fabrics or wool.
Animals
Fabric softeners, Laundry soaps, Detergents
Scented products, hand sanitizers and cleaning products which may contain chemicals.
I wash each order once before packaging, and once upon completion so each order is thoroughly cleaned.
I do my best to use only the safest scent, fragrance, chemical free cleaning products when washing products and for my hands while working on projects.
